Forever Seals Z8 nitrile rubber pneumatic seal ring adopts imported high-quality NBR raw material and one-piece precision compression molding. It features outstanding rebound elasticity, excellent low-temperature toughness and good oil mist resistance. It can fit tightly inside pneumatic cylinder grooves, effectively isolating air pressure and avoiding internal air leakage. Even under long-term frequent reciprocating operation, it can still maintain stable sealing state and prolong the service cycle of pneumatic components.
Forever Seals PTFE+20% PI composite rod stock is made of high-purity PTFE blended with 20% polyimide (PI) powder, formed by high-temperature sintering and precision machining. It inherits PTFE’s excellent chemical inertness and low friction, while greatly enhancing mechanical rigidity, creep resistance and high-temperature dimensional stability with PI reinforcement. The material maintains stable shape under long-term high pressure and high temperature, delivering reliable raw material support for custom processing of high-performance seals.
Forever Seals B68 hydraulic rod stock adopts premium B68 alloy raw material and adopts integral forging and precision finishing process. It has uniform internal structure, excellent wear resistance, good bending resistance and stable anti-fatigue performance. The surface is finely processed with high straightness, able to withstand frequent telescopic impact and lateral load. It is not easy to bend and deform during long-term operation, and is widely suitable for hydraulic cylinder assembly and mechanical transmission support applications.

BRT PEEK-RED high-pressure sealing backup ring is made of premium pure PEEK material in red color for easy installation and model identification. It is designed to prevent O-rings from extrusion gap damage in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
