1. Product Overview
DWI metal frame PU wiper seal is a NOK standard single-lip exposed skeleton dust seal, specially manufactured for hydraulic cylinder piston rod dust prevention. It features high wear resistance, strong toughness and excellent anti-eccentric performance. The integral metal steel frame ensures firm press-fit installation without deformation or falling off even under severe vibration and heavy-duty working conditions. This seal can effectively scrape mud, sand, dust and gravel on the piston rod surface, protect the internal main oil seal from scratch and damage, and extend the service life of hydraulic equipment. Widely applicable to excavators, loaders, forklifts, agricultural machinery, hydraulic presses and other industrial and construction machinery hydraulic cylinders. All standard sizes are in stock, non-standard customization and OEM service are supported.
