Custom machined seals are high-precision sealing components produced by FOREVER SEALS via CNC precision machining, fully customized for customers' working conditions and equipment parameters. As a professional high-end sealing solution provider, we take Spring Energized Seals  as our core product, and also supply a full range of medium and high-end conventional custom seals. Our products are widely used in LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, compressor, semiconductor, automotive, medical equipment and hydraulic/pneumatic systems that require resistance to extreme temperatures, high pressure, corrosion and vacuum.


FOREVER SEALS boasts an ultra-wide machining range for Spring Energized Seals: inner hole 1mm to outer diameter 2m (overall seals up to 3m), and we can customize any size/section within 3-2500mm with 180+ modifiable standard turning sections. Our optional materials include PTFE, modified PTFE (carbon fiber/copper powder/graphite filled), UPE, PEEK, PU, NBR, FKM, etc. We specialize in custom modified Spring Energized Seals, and also process conventional seals like PU Y-rings/dust rings, with all products supporting sample processing and personalized customization.

FOREVER SEALS selects high-quality imported raw materials for custom CNC machined seals, with a focus on premium materials for core product Spring Energized Seals to ensure excellent performance under harsh working conditions. We cover a full range of high-performance sealing materials, and can provide targeted material customization according to customers' actual application requirements. The optional materials are as follows:

Polyurethane: PU.

Rubber: NBR, FKM/FPM, Silicone(VMQ), EPDM, FFKM, Neoprene, HNBR, Fluorosilicone (FMVQ).

Engineering Plastics & Modified Polymers: PTFE, modified PTFE (filled with carbon fiber/copper powder/graphite/polyphenylester/PI/molybdenum disulfide), POM, UPE, PEEK, PCTFE.

FOREVER SEALS has an ultra-wide and high-precision CNC machining range for custom seals, with more mature and professional processing capability for the core product Spring Energized Seals, covering both standard and non-standard specifications to meet the diverse customization needs of customers in different industries.

 Machining size range: The inner hole of Spring Energized Seals can be processed from 1mm to an outer diameter of 2m; the overall custom seals can be processed up to an outer diameter of 3m, and all sealing elements with any size and cross-section within 3-2500mm can be customized.

Tolerance precision: Micron-level strict tolerance control is achieved, with dimensional tolerance controlled at ±0.01mm and geometric tolerance at ±0.02mm, far higher than the industry standard.

Processing adaptability: We have more than 180 kinds of standard turning cross-sections, all of which can be modified and optimized according to customer drawings and actual application requirements, suitable for the processing of various complex structural seals.
