    1. Product Overview

    PU Semi-finished Tube, also known as polyurethane tubular blank, is a professional near-net-shape raw material specially designed for CNC precision turning. It requires no secondary vulcanization or forming, and can be directly machined into various finished hydraulic seals and polyurethane wear parts. This product is widely applied in hydraulic machinery, engineering equipment and industrial automation fields, featuring high abrasion resistance, stable mechanical performance and flexible customization.
    We mainly supply Cast CPU Polyurethane Tube (core mainstream product) and TPU Extruded Tube, with complete hardness specifications and two material grades (polyester & polyether) to adapt to diverse working conditions.

    2. Product Classification

    2.1 By Molding Process

    • Cast CPU Semi-Finished Tube (Recommended) Adopts vacuum casting integral forming and post-curing treatment. It has ultra-low internal stress, uniform density, excellent concentricity, no deformation after precision turning, and superior anti-extrusion performance. It is the preferred material for high-pressure hydraulic sealing parts.
    • Extruded TPU Semi-Finished Tube Thermoplastic continuous extrusion molding, with low mass production cost and unlimited length. Suitable for low-pressure light-duty seals and simple wear-resistant parts, with slight anisotropy for thick-wall products.

    2.2 By PU Material Grade

    • Polyester PU Core advantages: ultra-high abrasion resistance, excellent oil resistance and high mechanical strength. Ideal for standard hydraulic systems with mineral oil medium, widely used in construction machinery and hydraulic cylinders. Limitation: not suitable for long-term humid and aqueous working environments.
    • Polyether PU Core advantages: excellent hydrolysis resistance, microbial corrosion resistance and low-temperature resistance. Perfect for water-glycol, emulsion, seawater and high-humidity working conditions. Limitation: slightly weaker oil resistance than polyester PU.

    • Available Hardness: Shore A 85A / 90A / 92A / 95A (customizable)
    • Working Temperature: -35℃ ~ +100℃ (short-term peak 110℃)
    • Max Working Pressure: 32MPa (with back-up ring)
    • Density: 1.21~1.25 g/cm³
    • Feature Advantage: 3-5 times higher abrasion resistance than ordinary rubber, low compression set, long dynamic service life
    • Unsuitable Medium: concentrated acid, ketone solvents, high-temperature steam
