    TB type oil seal is a double-lip radial shaft sealing part with a full-covered metal frame. It is specially designed for medium-low pressure and medium linear speed rotating shaft sealing scenarios. Featuring high rigidity, anti-deformation performance, excellent oil sealing and dustproof effects, this seal ensures stable and long-lasting sealing performance for mechanical rotating systems, which is widely applicable to various industrial and automotive mechanical equipment.

    2. Structural Features

    • Full-covered Metal Frame: Adopts carbon steel or stainless steel full-wrapped metal shell with high structural rigidity. It is not easy to deform under high load and large shaft diameter conditions, ensuring accurate assembly positioning and good coaxiality. The outer diameter maintains stable interference fit with the mounting hole.
    • Dual-lip Sealing Design: Equipped with main sealing lip and auxiliary dust-proof lip. The main lip is matched with a tension spring to provide continuous radial clamping force, which tightly fits the shaft surface to prevent lubricating oil leakage. The auxiliary lip effectively blocks external dust, mud and impurities, protecting the main lip and internal bearings from wear and pollution.
    • Durable Spring Structure: Built-in high-strength stainless steel / carbon steel garter spring, with stable elastic force, permanent tension compensation, and long-term reliable sealing effect.

    3.1 Common Materials & Temperature Resistance

    • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Standard material. Temperature range: -30℃ to +100℃. Excellent resistance to mineral oil and grease, cost-effective, suitable for most conventional working conditions.
    • FKM (Fluoro Rubber): High temperature & corrosion resistant type. Temperature range: -20℃ to +200℃. Resistant to high temperature, acid, alkali and various chemical media, suitable for harsh working environments.
    • HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber): Temperature range: -30℃ to +150℃. Features superior wear resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, with longer service life than ordinary NBR.
    • ACM (Acrylic Rubber): Temperature range: -20℃ to +150℃. Special for high-temperature gearbox oil and transmission oil scenarios.
