    1. Product Introduction

    TCV type pressure-resistant skeleton oil seal is specially designed for medium and low pressure, rotating and oil-lubricated working conditions. It features a short and thick sealing lip, minimal deformation under pressure, excellent pressure resistance, and is ideal for small-diameter shaft applications. Widely used in hydraulic pumps, motors, reducers and other rotary equipment sealing scenarios, with stable performance and long service life.

    2. Structure Feature

    • Composition: Carbon steel metal skeleton + rubber elastomer (NBR/FKM) + tension spring (partial models).
    • Double lip design: Main sealing lip for effective oil sealing, auxiliary dust lip for preventing dust and impurities from entering, protecting the sealing surface.
    • Short & thick lip structure: High rigidity, stable pressure resistance, not easy to deform under medium pressure, better performance than ordinary TC type oil seal.
    • Inner encapsulated skeleton design: Interference fit to install into the cavity, tightly hold the shaft surface, easy to install and stable in sealing.

    • NBR (Nitrile Rubber): Cost-effective, excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, suitable for conventional working conditions below 100℃, common color: blue/black.
    • FKM (Fluoro Rubber): High temperature resistant, chemical corrosion resistant, suitable for high temperature and medium pressure harsh working conditions, common color: brown/black, preferred for pressure above 0.3 MPa.
