  • Product description: SPGW is a high-performance double-acting combined piston seal for hydraulic cylinders. The 4-piece structure consists of a bronze-filled PTFE sliding ring, T-shaped rubber energizer and double POM anti-extrusion backup rings. It features low friction, no crawling, strong pressure resistance up to 50MPa and excellent anti-extrusion performance. Suitable for high-frequency reciprocating and heavy-load working conditions. We provide complete standard metric and inch sizes, customized sizes are also available. Perfect for various engineering machinery hydraulic piston sealing systems.

    1. Product Overview

    SPGW is a high‑performance double‑acting compact piston seal for hydraulic cylinder pistons, widely adopted in heavy‑duty mobile hydraulics and construction machineryDSH Seals. This 4‑piece assembly consists of bronze‑filled PTFE sliding ring, T‑shaped NBR/FKM energizer and two POM anti‑extrusion backup rings. It delivers reliable bidirectional sealing within one single piston groove, saving piston machining cost and shortening overall piston lengthTYS seals.

    We supply both metric and inch sizes, standard stocks available, custom dimensions also supported upon drawings or samples.

    2. Key Features

    • Double‑acting sealing for piston, withstand pressure up to 50 MPa
    • Low friction, no stick‑slip / crawling during reciprocating movement
    • Excellent anti‑extrusion performance, tolerant of larger hardware clearance
    • Double‑sided POM backup rings prevent PTFE extrusion under high shock‑pressure
    • Fit integral‑type piston with simple single‑groove installation
    • Good wear resistance, works with slightly contaminated hydraulic media
