2. Working Principle​

The Pneumatic Sealing DK operates by leveraging its double U-seal design to create an airtight barrier between the piston and cylinder bore, preventing air leakage during pressure cycles. The metal skeleton provides structural support, ensuring the piston maintains alignment (guiding function) as it moves. When air pressure is applied, the vent groove rapidly distributes pressure across the seal, enabling instant piston response. The rubber coating and lubricating film retention further reduce contact resistance, allowing the piston to move smoothly at a maximum surface speed of 1m/s while withstanding up to 16bar of working pressure.​

Materials: NBR-based synthetic rubber (standard Shore A71; Shore A78 recommended for cylinder bores >100mm) bonded to a corrosion-resistant metal skeleton via sulfur vulcanization.​

Working Parameters: Max working pressure: 16bar; Operating temperature range: -35℃ to +80℃ (Z5071 material) / -30℃ to +80℃ (Z5051 material); Surface speed: 1m/s.​

Installation: Designed for easy fixing on piston rods—no extra sealing or complex tools required, reducing assembly time.​

Design Features: Rubber-coated exterior for anti-corrosion; optimized seal lip for lubrication retention; vent groove for pressure responsiveness.​
