Different types of seals are used for different purposes

O-ring seal

It is mainly used for precision seal and reciprocating motion seal. It is used for rotating motion seal and turning seal device at low speed. The pressure of the precision seal is 0 ~ 400Mpa, and the pressure of the dynamic seal is 5 ~ 35Mpa. O-ring working medium: air, water, mineral oil, crude oil, emulsion, water-ethylene glycol, etc., mainly suitable for general hydraulic cylinder, general equipment hydraulic cylinder, construction machinery hydraulic cylinder and high temperature, high pressure oil cylinder. Materials are nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, neoprene rubber, butyl rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and so on.

Y-shaped sealing ring

It is mainly used for reciprocating seals requiring low friction or large clearance, and the pressure range is 15 ~ 25Mpa. Y-ring working medium: air, mineral oil, water, emulsion, etc., mainly suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, such as piston and piston rod seals in hydraulic cylinders and cylinders. The main materials are fluorine rubber, nitrile rubber, polyurethane rubber, silicone rubber and so on.

V-shaped sealing ring

It is mainly used for reciprocating motion sealing under high pressure, fast movement speed and large diameter, and the pressure can reach 20 ~ 60Mpa. V-ring working medium: lubricating oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, air, water, etc., mainly used in cylinders, chemical pipelines, valves, bearings and other seals, the material is mainly nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, PTFE, fluorine rubber, cloth rubber (FAB) and so on.

U-shaped sealing ring

It is mainly used to manufacture single or double acting standard hydraulic cylinders for reciprocating seals, piston rods or pistons in hydraulic systems, and the pressure is 0 ~ 40Mpa. U-ring working medium: lubricating oil, air, mineral oil, water, hydraulic oil, etc., mainly suitable for oil cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder seal in construction machinery, the material is mainly nitrile rubber, cloth rubber, polyurethane rubber and so on.

Rectangular seal ring

It is mainly installed in the groove of the outer circle or the rectangular cross section of the inner circle to play a sealing role, and the pressure is 5 ~ 50Mpa. Rectangular ring working medium: water, air, mineral oil, hydraulic oil, emulsion, etc., mainly suitable for cylinder, hydraulic cylinder piston two-way reciprocating motion seal, the material is mainly nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, ethylene propylene rubber, neoprene rubber and so on.

L-shaped seal ring

Mainly used for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment piston seal, working pressure ≤1.0Mpa. Working medium: liquid, gas, mainly suitable for general machinery, cylinders, hydraulic cylinders and other seals, materials are PTFE, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and so on.

J-type sealing ring

Mainly used for hydraulic and pneumatic piston rod seal, working pressure ≤1.0Mpa. Working medium: liquid, gas, mainly suitable for engineering machinery cylinder, general machinery, cylinder and other sealing, the material is PTFE, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and so on.
