    Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE Tube is a high-performance composite tube that takes PTFE as the base material and uniformly mixes carbon fiber. It effectively overcomes the shortcomings of pure PTFE such as softness, cold flow, poor wear resistance and low thermal conductivity.

    Carbon Fiber Filled PTFE Tube is a high-performance composite tube made of PTFE base material blended with carbon fiber (commonly 10%–25%), manufactured by moulding/extrusion and high-temperature sintering. It is black and opaque, effectively overcoming the defects of pure PTFE such as soft texture, cold flow, poor wear resistance and low thermal conductivity.
    2. Core Typical Properties 
    • Temperature Range: -200℃ to +260℃ (short-term resistance up to 300℃)
    • Mechanical Strength: Tensile strength 12–23 MPa; Compressive strength 22–28 MPa; Hardness Shore D 60–65
    • Friction & Wear: Dry friction coefficient 0.16–0.17; Wear resistance 3–5 times of pure PTFE
    • Physical Features: Density ~1.98 g/cm³; Water absorption ≤0.01%; Greatly improved thermal conductivity (0.25→0.5 W/m·K)
    • Chemical Resistance: Retain excellent corrosion resistance of PTFE, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidants and most organic solvents; Not resistant to molten alkali metal and high-temperature fluorine gas
    • Electrical Property: Anti-static / conductive available; Surface resistance adjustable at 10⁶–10¹¹ Ω, suitable for static dissipation working conditions
