    8. Installation Notes

    • Keep the groove smooth and burr-free with edge fillet R≥0.3mm
    • Lubricate the seal with corresponding medium before formal installation
    • Install the seal with its U-shaped opening facing the pressure side
    • Match with rods of Ra 0.1-0.4μm surface roughness and HRC≥50 hardness
    • Do not twist the seal and spring during installation to avoid damage
