High Temperature Anti-Wear Copper Filled PTFE KZT Sealing Solution
This KZT type copper powder filled PTFE seal is specially developed for high-temperature working conditions. Adding copper powder into PTFE greatly improves thermal conductivity, high-temperature dimensional stability and anti-wear performance, while retaining the original self-lubrication and chemical stability of PTFE. Cooperated with spring energized structure, it can automatically compensate clearance deviation and thermal expansion deformation under long-term high temperature operation. It is a preferred high-temperature resistant sealing choice for metallurgy, thermal power and high-temperature hydraulic equipment.

    1.Product Advantages

    Copper powder filling greatly enhances thermal conductivity, helping rapid heat dissipation and avoiding high-temperature aging failure. Excellent high-temperature dimensional stability, not easy to soften or deform under long-term heat environment. Good wear resistance and low friction coefficient reduce shaft wear and adapt to frequent reciprocating and rotating motion. Fine chemical inertness resists common industrial oil and medium erosion without swelling or cracking. Spring compensation structure keeps stable sealing performance even under temperature difference and pressure change.

    2.Working Principle

    After installation, the internal stainless steel spring provides lasting radial preload, making the copper powder filled PTFE sealing lip closely fit the mating surface. Under system working pressure, the contact tightness is further increased to form stable static and dynamic sealing. Copper powder ingredient optimizes thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance, quickly conducting heat and preventing seal softening and creep at high temperature. The spring structure automatically makes up for wear, assembly gap and thermal deformation, maintaining long-term stable and leak-free sealing under alternating high temperature and pressure.

    3.Product Details

    Sealing main body is made of copper powder blended modified PTFE, equipped with high temperature resistant and anti-fatigue stainless steel spring. All specifications are produced according to KZT standard sealing groove size. Each batch is strictly tested for high temperature stability, thermal conductivity, wear resistance and medium adaptability. All products comply with industrial safety and environmental regulations, adopting independent dust-proof and moisture-proof sealed packaging, matched with export cartons for storage and bulk delivery.
