    1.Product Advantages

    Carbon fiber reinforcement significantly enhances structural rigidity and dimensional stability, resisting extrusion deformation even under high pressure and heavy load. Ultra-low friction coefficient reduces running resistance and wear, suitable for high-speed reciprocating and rotating motion.     3.Working Principle

    After installation, the stainless steel spring exerts uniform radial pre-tightening force, pressing the carbon fiber reinforced PTFE sealing lip tightly against the mating surface to form an initial seal. Under system pressure, the medium further pushes the sealing lip to enhance contact tightness, realizing dynamic and static sealing integration. Carbon fiber filler improves the seal’s surface hardness and wear resistance, reducing friction loss during high-speed operation. The spring dynamically compensates for wear, gap changes and thermal deformation, ensuring consistent sealing performance throughout the service life.

    Main material: Carbon fiber blended modified PTFE (carbon fiber content optimized for industrial application) + high-toughness stainless steel energized spring. All specifications are manufactured in accordance with international precision seal groove standards. Each production batch undergoes strict testing including rigidity detection, friction coefficient measurement, wear resistance test and medium compatibility verification. Compliant with RoHS/REACH environmental standards, packaged in moisture-proof, dust-proof independent containers with labeled cartons for safe storage and transportation.
