1.Product Advantages
Formulated with special nitrile rubber, it has super compression rebound performance and will not lose sealing tightness after long-term extrusion. Excellent wear resistance can reduce friction loss during high-frequency movement and delay aging and wear speed. It has good tolerance to oil mist, weak chemical medium and humid environment, and is not easy to swell, harden or deform. It still maintains good flexibility in low-temperature environment, without brittle cracking and failure. Precision mold opening ensures smooth surface and accurate size, convenient for assembly and installation without damaging the cylinder wall.
2.Working Principle
After being installed into the sealing groove, the ring relies on its own rubber elasticity to produce pre-tight contact with the mating surface. When the pneumatic pressure acts, the medium pressure pushes the seal to fit the wall more closely, forming a reliable interception barrier to prevent air pressure channeling and leakage. The good flexibility of the rubber itself can absorb tiny vibration and position deviation, and always maintain a good sealing fit during continuous movement.
