Split rotary shaft oil seal

1. Description

Split type oil seal is widely used in gear reducer, blower, crane, heating furnace blower, sintering plant crusher and other equipment which is not easy to install in metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, cement, chemical fertilizer and other industries have application cases.

There are a large number of reducer and bearing box in modern industrial production. The traditional sealing element in these equipment -- skeleton oil seal fails fast, and it is frequently replaced. When replacing, it needs to stop the equipment and disintegrate, which is time-consuming.However, the traditional split oil seal is single, and the split mouth is easy to be misplaced and the overall stiffness is poor. Therefore, the split technology of the oil seal has become a difficult problem in the sealing industry.
