    Q1: What is the difference between PU O-rings and NBR/FKM O-rings?

    A1: Compared with NBR O-rings, PU O-rings have better wear resistance and higher mechanical strength, with a service life 2-3 times longer; compared with FKM O-rings, PU O-rings are more cost-effective, have better low-temperature flexibility (-40°C can be used normally), and are easier to install.

    Q2: Can PU O-rings be used in high-temperature environments?

    A2: The standard PU O-rings can be used continuously at -40°C to 100°C. If the working temperature exceeds 100°C, we can provide special high-temperature resistant PU materials, which can withstand up to 120°C (short-term use).

    Q3: Are PU O-rings resistant to all chemicals?

    A3: No. PU O-rings are resistant to hydraulic fluids, mineral oils, fuels and most common industrial chemicals, but they are not resistant to strong acids, ketones (such as MEK), esters, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Please confirm the medium type before use.

    Q4: Can I customize the size and color of PU O-rings?

    A4: Yes. We support full customization, including inner diameter (2mm-2000mm), cross-section (1.0mm-25mm), hardness (60A-95A), and color. You only need to provide the specific parameters or drawings, and we can produce according to your requirements.

    A5: Please store PU O-rings in a cool, dry, and ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperature (above 40°C), and humidity (above 80%). Do not store them together with oils, chemicals, or sharp objects to prevent aging, deformation, or damage.

    Q6: What is the service life of PU O-rings?

    A6: The service life depends on the working environment (temperature, pressure, medium, friction intensity). Under normal working conditions (25°C, 5MPa, hydraulic oil medium), the service life is 2-3 times that of standard rubber O-rings, generally 1-2 years.
