- Product description: PDR-25 is a C-type double lip integrated wiper seal, also known as PDU-25Z. It features dust-proof and air sealing dual functions, specially designed for 25mm piston rod of SC, SU, SAI standard pneumatic cylinders. Standard size 25×33×5.5/7.5mm, stable performance, wear resistance and long service life. Available in NBR and FKM materials for common and high temperature working conditions, fully interchangeable with original standard seals.

3. Installation Notes
- Clean the groove and piston rod before installation, ensuring no burrs, iron chips or other impurities.
- Install in the correct direction, do not turn the lip outward, and do not use sharp tools to pry.
- Do not use forced pressure installation to avoid lip deformation or cracking.
- After assembly, check that there is no skew or edge warping, and the movement is smooth without jamming.

PDR-25 green wiper seal is made of high-quality FKM, which has better heat resistance, aging resistance and wear resistance than ordinary NBR. It adopts C-type double lip integrated design, integrating dust proof and air sealing functions, specially designed for 25mm piston rod of SC, SU, SAI standard pneumatic cylinders. With standard size 25×33×5.5/7.5mm, stable performance and long service life, it is fully interchangeable with the original standard PDU-25Z seal, suitable for high temperature and heavy load pneumatic cylinder working conditions, widely used in industrial pneumatic equipment.
