1. Product Description

Our JCB hydraulic seal kits are complete repair packages for JCB construction machinery hydraulic cylinders, widely used for boom, dipper, bucket, lift and steering cylinder maintenance.

Each kit contains all required sealing components for one cylinder overhaul: rod seal, piston seal, dust wiper, wear guide ring, O-rings and backup rings. No need to source individual seals separately.

Made of high-grade PU, NBR, PTFE and optional FKM (Viton). These materials deliver outstanding wear resistance, pressure resistance up to 30MPa, and stable performance under harsh construction site conditions. The dust wiper effectively blocks mud, sand and debris to protect cylinder rod from scratches and extend cylinder service life.
