The one-time vulcanized sealing ring is suitable for some scenarios where the requirements for sealing performance are relatively low and the usage environment is relatively mild. Below, we will introduce them in detail for you:
General industrial equipment sealing
Pumps: In some small-sized, low-pressure pumps, such as household booster pumps and small-scale agricultural irrigation pumps, the requirements for the pressure resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of the sealing rings are not particularly strict. Once-sulfurized sealing rings can meet the basic sealing needs, preventing water leakage inside the pump and ensuring its normal operation.
Fans: In the operation of ordinary industrial fans, the internal medium is usually air, with little change in temperature and pressure. Once-sulfurized sealing rings can be used for the shaft seals of fans, preventing air leakage and facilitating the reduction of the overall manufacturing cost of the fan.
Household appliance sealing
Washing machines: The door seals of washing machines mainly serve to prevent water leakage. In the usage environment of ordinary household washing machines, the water temperature is generally not too high, and the corrosiveness of the detergent is relatively weak. Once-sulfurized sealing rings can meet the basic sealing requirements of washing machines, ensuring that no water leakage occurs during normal use of the washing machine.
Refrigerators: The sealing strips of refrigerators are used to prevent the leakage of cold air inside the box. The working environment of refrigerators is at a lower temperature, and they mainly come into contact with air, so the performance requirements for the sealing rings are relatively low. Once-sulfurized sealing rings can meet the sealing requirements of refrigerators, and are relatively cost-effective.
Office equipment sealing
Printers: There are some sealing parts inside printers, such as the seal between the ink cartridge and the print head. These parts have low requirements for the chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of the sealing rings. Once-sulfurized sealing rings can prevent ink leakage and ensure the normal operation of the printer.
Copiers: Copiers generate certain heat during operation, but the temperature is generally not too high. The sealing parts inside, such as the seal between the developer roller and the photosensitive drum, can use once-sulfurized sealing rings to meet the basic sealing requirements, preventing toner leakage.
Low-pressure pipeline connection sealing
Water supply pipes: At the connection points of household water supply pipes, sealing rings are usually used to prevent water leakage. The water pressure of water supply is generally low, and the water quality is relatively stable, so the performance requirements for the sealing rings are not high. Once-sulfurized rubber sealing rings can meet the sealing requirements of water supply pipes, are easy to install, and have a lower cost.
Low-pressure gas pipes: For some auxiliary sealing parts of low-pressure gas pipes, such as the connection points of gas meters, once-sulfurized sealing rings can ensure the sealing of gas to a certain extent. However, it should be noted that for the main sealing parts or gas pipes with extremely high safety requirements, more performance-optimized sealing methods may be needed.
