The seal operates on a "dynamic sealing + elastic preload" mechanism:
The PU segment forms the primary sealing interface with the piston rod, leveraging its low friction and wear resistance to prevent medium leakage during reciprocating or rotational movement.
The NBR component acts as an elastic preload element, applying constant pressure to the PU segment. Under system pressure, this creates a "self-tightening effect"—higher pressure enhances the seal’s contact with the rod, reinforcing sealing reliability.
